Jacky started out as a dental nurse in 1977 when she left school and has continued to work in the dental arena ever since. She took over the admin side after having her son and progressed to her current role of receptionist and practice manager after many years of experience. She is a member of the Association of Dental Administrators and Managers. She continues to attend courses provided by the GID Managers, of which she is also a member.

Her interests include reading psychological thrillers, cooking for friends and family and champagne! She enjoys music and dancing and she also has a penchant for anything Italian!
