She can also offer facial aesthetics (mainly anti-wrinkle treatments) for a full smile enhancement!
Besides teeth, Laura loves spending time with her family. She also loves (and is good at) most sports and is always looking for a new challenge, particularly long muddy obstacle races!

DIP Dental Hygiene Cardiff 2008
GDC Reg 156583
Naomi qualified as a Dental Hygienist in June 2008 at Cardiff University Dental Hospital and joined Claudine's team in September 2008. Previous to her Hygiene training, she was a qualified dental nurse and has worked in dentistry for many years over which time she has gained various further Nursing qualifications. She is hugely enthusiastic about improving the gum condition of our patient's mouths, and she has many really useful tips to help you maintain a healthy mouth after she has finished your treatment.
When Naomi is not looking at teeth, she enjoys long walks in the countryside with her family, going to the gym, meals out with friends, and getting stuck into a good book!
Jacky originally worked as a dental nurse, then progressed onto reception/administration and practice management before returning to her greatest love, reception.
She loves getting to know all our patients and along with the rest of the team helps make your visit a relaxing and positive experience. Jacky continues to attend relevant training courses within the practice and those provided by the Gloucestershire Independent Dentists Group.
Her interests include, reading psychological thrillers, animal behaviour, photography and all things Italian. She loves music especially soul, rock, synth pop and most of all anything by David Bowie and Duran Duran.
This year she is looking forward to catching up with all our lovely patients and welcoming new ones too.

Lorraine has worked in Dentistry for many years. She gained her NEBDN qualification in 2008, since then new avenues within dentistry opened up for her. The desire to help fellow nurses lead her to organising two CPD groups for Dental Nurses, one in Cirencester and one for nurses throughout Gloucestershire.
Now she has ventured into the world of Practice Management. In 2014 she embarked on two management courses and duly qualified. Her role at CGDP varies hugely if she’s not in the office, you may find her tinkering on reception or doing jobs around the practice.
In her spare time, Lorraine loves adventures in her campervan and having a go at anything D.I.Y. A bit of painting and decorating will keep her happy for hours.

Nicky gained her NEBDN qualification in 2001, and then took a further course qualifying in Oral Health Education. She attends local Continuing Professional Development courses keeping her up to date with current changes in Dentistry. Like the rest of us she is passionate about dentistry and caring for our patients.
One of her many responsibilities is to make sure our surgeries remain fully stocked and ready for action. Her obsession with crafts and making bunting ensures we always look pretty too!
Outside of the surgery Nicky’s favourite thing are getting jiggy at Zumba, a mean workout at the Gym, red wine with a good film and most importantly Cadbury’s cream eggs.

Hannah is Head Nurse here at Claudine Gourlay Dental Practice, she started Dental Nursing in 2002 and joined our team in September 2015. Hannah is a wonderful asset to our team and her caring nature means our patients are always well looked after. Hannah keeps up to date with changes within dentistry by attending CPD groups and taking courses on relevant topics.
Versatile Hannah managed to organize the builders during our refurbishment and helps to oversee the smooth running of the practice. If you are lucky, you may visit us on a day when she has brought in homemade cakes, be quick they don’t last long!
When she’s not busy in the surgery, Hannah is in the process of renovating her house. No doubt it will be a masterpiece when she’s finished! She also enjoys live music, weekends at the coast paddle boarding and spending time exploring the Cotswold countryside with her dogs.

Hasina has always worked in the patient care sector and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2016.
She is a busy mother with two lovely children. Hasina enjoys nothing more than long walks in the countryside with her family. When she finds a spare moment Hasina likes to spend her time immersed in arts, crafts and fashion design.
She always welcomes our patients with a warm friendly smile and we can't wait for you to meet her.
Some of you may remember Yvonne as she was Claudine's Dental Nurse right back at the start of CGDP.
She has returned to work on reception a couple of days a week, her nursing experience is so valuable in this role.
The best thing about having Yvonne back in the building is she makes exceedingly good cakes and if we behave she brings them in for us to devour!
